Join Peter fortnightly on Monday evenings for Qi Gong. You will be guided through a flowing practice that draws on the principles of Traditional Qi Gong while incorporating therapeutic movements inspired by his background in functional exercise.

Blending strength, mobility, breath & mindful movement, Peter's classes are suitable for beginners while still offering depth & challenge for more experienced practitioners.

Sessions are limited to 7 participants. Secure your mat, text Peter by 3pm the day of (0419 444 097).

what is qi gong?

Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice that has been used for thousands of years to support health, vitality & wellbeing.

It is one of the foundational pillars of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

The word Qi refers to the body's vital life force or energy, while Gong means skill or mastery developed through dedicated practice.

Together, Qi Gong can be understood as the practice of cultivating & developing life energy.

Qi Gong combines gentle movement, breath awareness, posture & meditation to encourage the smooth flow of Qi throughout the body.
